At Proaim, we understand how important it is to receive your purchases as soon as possible. We take extra care to pack and send your shipment so it will arrive in factory release condition and always on time.
We try our very best to ship your order within 2-3 business days after receiving full payment. Usually it takes about 5-7 business days after dispatch from our door to yours. Our customer service support staff of professionals, tracks your shipment each step of the way to ensure prompt delivery.

Shipping fees are based on the destination, volume and weight of your item(s). We do combine shipping for the purchase of multiple items and this helps to reduce your cost.

    •    Signature will be required upon delivery.
    •    Orders received after 1:00 am central time are considered received on the next business day.
    •    We cannot ship to PO Box Address, AP0/FPO addresses, Guam or, Melilla & Ceuta destination.
    •    If you have a PO Box address, please provide a street address to avoid shipping delays. We don't provide local
          pickups.
    •    Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order.
    •    While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product
          characteristics, or availability.
    •    We provide tracking ID details including courier mode the very next day after your shipment has been dispatched.
    •    You may track the shipping status of your order thereafter any time from the respective website.
